We truly value your time and are dedicated to providing consistent, high-quality care for every client. To help you get the most out of each session, we kindly ask that you arrive on time.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time so we can remain respectful of other clients’ appointments.
• No Shows: If you are unable to attend and do not provide notice, it will be considered a missed appointment, and the full session fee may apply.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled with less notice may be subject to a fee.
