We value your time and strive to provide consistent, quality care for all clients. Please arrive on time for your scheduled sessions to ensure you receive the full appointment.

• Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments.
• No-Show: If you fail to attend your session without notifying us, it will be considered a no-show, and you may be charged the full session fee.
• Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
